Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 30 October 2026Previous versions
This policy applies to "consumer health data" under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. Our main Privacy Policy covers everything else.
Who we are. FilFar Development s. r. o., Sibírska 7087/8, 080 01 Prešov, Slovakia (support@livuria.com) runs Livuria.
Categories of consumer health data we collect. What you choose to enter about health: appointments (for example doctor or dentist visits), tests, vaccinations, medication dates, notes and photos in Health areas, entries made from our health suggestions (including the Vaccination and Doctor Visit suggestions for a child), and anything health-related you write or photograph elsewhere in Livuria.
Why we collect it and how we use it. Only to provide the organizer you asked for: to store it, show it to you, work out its dates and the reminders shown in the app, back it up and keep it secure. We don't use it for advertising, profiling, analytics, AI training or any other purpose.
Sources. You, the Livuria user. If you write about someone else, such as your child, that person's data comes from you.
Categories we share, and with whom. We share consumer health data with no third parties, and we don't sell it. Our service providers (processors) that host our servers and store our encrypted backups, listed in our Privacy Policy (section 7.1), process it only on our instructions; they are not third parties under these laws.
Consent. We ask for your consent before you first add an entry to your Health area, and, as a parent or legal guardian, before you first use the Vaccination or Doctor Visit suggestion for your child (Privacy Policy, section 4). You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Privacy & Data → Sensitive information; we then delete the entries in your Health area and those made from our health suggestions, including a child's Vaccination and Doctor Visit entries. Health details you wrote elsewhere stay until you delete them.
Another adult's health information. Livuria doesn't yet offer a way to ask an adult for their agreement to a user keeping their health information, so our Terms of Service (section 6A.11) don't allow users to record another adult's health information. Before we add a way to ask for that agreement, we'll update this policy.
If you believe a Livuria user keeps your health information, write to support@livuria.com and tell us who the user is and what they keep. We'll ask them to remove it, and if they don't, we'll delete what we can identify.
Your rights. You can: confirm whether we collect your consumer health data and get access to it, including a list of any third parties it was shared with (none); withdraw consent; and have it deleted, including from our backups (deleted data leaves our backups within about three months, and our hosting and email provider's backups within 180 days, so in any case within six months). Use Settings (export and deletion), or write to support@livuria.com, from your account's address if you have an account; you don't need to create an account to make a request about yourself, and we may ask you to confirm it from your email address before we send you health information. We answer within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days if necessary (we'll tell you why). Requests are free.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer or writing to support@livuria.com with "Appeal" in the subject. We answer within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state's Attorney General (Washington: atg.wa.gov; Connecticut: portal.ct.gov/ag; Nevada: ag.nv.gov).
Changes. We email you before material changes and won't use your data for a new purpose without your consent.
